Ever wanted to cosplay any of the characters from Silent Hill? Or just want to scare people away just for fun? Silent Hill Philippines Cosplay Group is offering you a chance to do both! Simply join our contest and get a chance to win one of the 3 loot bags from BUM & 2 cinema tickets for the grand winner from B&L Magazine.

2. Fill Up the form with your details below.
3. Simply upload a picture of yourself wearing any scary character costume. Photos should be less than 1MB in JPEG, PNG or GIF format.
4. Answer this question: "Why should you win this contest?"
5. Photos will be posted at our page and gather as many likes as possible.

Mechanics:

1. This contest is open to everyone.
2. Submissions should be a photo of you in your costume.
    No artwork, screencaps, photos of other people, or
    off-topic images.
3. Only costumes of scary characters will be allowed.
4. Photo editing should be kept to minimal.
5. A single person will be allowed to submit as many
    photos as he/she likes as long as it is a different character.
6. A total of three (3) photos will be chosen based from the Criteria for Judging indicated below.
7. Winners will be announced on October 31, 2011.
8. Contest starts October 15, 2011 and ends November 15, 2011
